Життєстійкість аналізується як основний ресурс перетворення життєвих подій у нові можливості всупереч зовнішнім негараздам. The article presents the analysis of the basic models of blended learning, their features and advantages in the educational process. The author analyzes the following common models: rotation model and its modifications (station rotation model, lab rotation model, flipped model, individual rotation model); flex model; self-blend model; enriched virtual model. It is determined that each model has its own characteristics and needs both insignificant and fundamental changes in the organization of the educational process. Rotation models are aimed at changing the learning environment: the station rotation model changes the modes of work in a classroom; the lab rotation model changes the modes at an educational institution; the flipped model changes the modes in a classroom, at home and does the “flipping”; the individual rotation model provides individually selected mode. We introduce the notion of poset of MM-type P, where P is a fixed poset, and calculate the coefficient of transitiveness for all posets of $MM$-type (1,3,5).

In this paper, a decision making problem where alternatives are estimated with interval parameters and the feasible set is defined using interval constraints is considered. Based on the assumption that the objective functions and constraints are linear, a linear lexicographic optimization problem with interval coefficients in the objective functions and constraints was specified. For solving this problem, the approach of its reduction to optimization problem with a scalar objective function and scalar constraints was proposed. This approach consists of two steps. At the first step, we reduce the problem with interval coefficients to a lexicographic-lexicographical optimization problem with lexicographical constraints. At the second step, we reduce this lexicographic-lexicographical optimization problem to a problem with a single scalar objective function and scalar constraints. This makes it possible to use well known classical methods of crisp optimization theory for solving this problem.

The article is devoted to the issue of improving the management of the operation of signaling and communication distances on the basis of a statistical approach to violations of routine maintenance.The purpose of the scientific article was to propose a method of monitoring the performance of technical devices for the safe movement of trains for the purposeful management of their service.On the example of real distances of signaling and communication of UZ OJSC, a comparative analysis of the use of a systematic approach was carried out, the stages of searching for bottlenecks in the content and operation of signaling systems, certain dangerous causes of violations during their operation were considered.A management solution is proposed to reduce the impact of hazardous premises.

BACKGROUND: Tobacco consumption increases the chance that an individual will suffer from ill-health. Financial cost associated with increased demand for medical care can be substantial and catastrophic, especially for households in the lowest income stratum. This paper extends what is known about the poverty impact of tobacco use by estimating the increased risk of incurring higher catastrophic health expenditure because of tobacco consumption.METHODS: The data for the study were drawn from the Harmonized Nigerian Living Standard Survey (HNLSS) conducted in 2009/2010 by the National Bureau of Statistics. Three log-linear models of health expenditures were used to predict the health expenditure attributable to tobacco consumption. The incidence of catastrophic health expenditure (CHE) was estimated using the standard 40-percent threshold of household total non-food expenditure.RESULTS: Based on the three log-linear regression models, smokers had higher health expenditure compared to non-smokers (by 43.91%, 33.23% and 41.51%). Introduction. Fuel consumption by diesel locomotive during operation depends significantly on many factors, among which the main is the mode of driving a train. Purpose. Research on the mathematical model of the modes of driving a train on the site of Kharkiv-Merefa with the purpose of the main oscillograms of the operation of the locomotive on the site. Methodology. A mathematical model of the operation of the main units of the locomotive CHME3 in the Matlab environment was developed. У статті йдеться про ринок електронних видань України. Виділено його основні сегменти, які становлять собою художні електронні видання, які пропонують сьогодні сучасні видавництва, електронні навчальні видання, які створюють та акумулюють вищі навчальні заклади. Окреслено головні проблеми, що спостерігаються на цьому ринку: відсутність чітких вимог до створення та оформлення електронних видань, брак уніфікації, стандар- тизації, коли фактично кожне видавництво встановлює свої норми, вимоги, постає перед дилемою, як класифікувати та подати таке видання. Усі ці проблеми спричинено браком єдиної державної політики щодо електронних видань. In carrying out measurements on the primary converter of the measuring system, in addition to the action parameter measurement, there are many secondary influences. One of them is the change in the temperature of the environment. This leads to the appearance in the measured signal of such a component as an additional constant level. It is caused by the generation of the primary converter in the absence of influence on the object of measurement of additional charge, potential. In the aviation industry from such materials (steel 4Х5МФ1С, ХН53КВМТЮБ, etc.) blades and disks of turbines, segments of nozzle apparatuses, sectors of input guide vanes, plungers, pistons, gears, etc. similar details are made. The object of research is the process of implementing energy-efficient measures at industrial enterprises. One of the problem is the trend of reduction of investment in the sphere of energy efficiency. It has been established that after several years of growth, global investments in energy efficiency and renewable energy sources began to decline in 2017. According to the International Energy Agency, there is a risk that the trend of investment shrinkage will continue. In the framework of the PINE project in Austria, 20 energy audits were carried out, which resulted in the introduction of measures aimed at energy efficiency. According to the results of the project, the link between investment and implementation of measures on energy efficiency and life cycle and type of enterprises implemented in companies of different industries was analyzed and argued. The object of research is the process of transportation of mined resources from offshore drilling platforms in the shelf of the seas to onshore reservoirs. In the article the economic and legal problems connected with small and medium-sized commodity producers’ credit have been analyzed. It has been proved that in Ukraine, unlike foreign countries, the mechanism of easing credits remains virtually the only financial instrument aimed at developing credit relations in the agrarian sector of the economy. It is noted that in the mentioned sphere the provisions of the Ukrainian Law «On State Support to Agriculture in Ukraine» are not fully implemented. In particular, the requirements concerning the size of the credit subsidy, the possibility of obtaining compensation for long-term credits and credits received in foreign currency aren’t performed. The level of electrophysical properties of fireproof polymer compositions, depending on the influence of ingredients, has not been sufficiently studied. This is especially true of the effect of the modifier on the properties of the insulation and sheath of cable products. Therefore, the object of research is the electrophysical properties of fireproof composite materials: ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, filled with hydromagnesite. Composition of the copolymer with a melt flow index of 2.5 and 5 g/10 min, hydromagnesite with an average median particle diameter of 1.4 μm, aminosilanes with a dynamic viscosity of 2 MPa·s and 2.5 MPa·s are investigated. The object of research is the system of indirect taxation, in particular, the mechanisms of administration of indirect taxes. One of the most problematic places is the lack of efficiency of such taxes, affecting the volume of revenues to the Consolidated Budget of Ukraine.Statistical and economic methods are used to assess the fiscal value of indirect consumption taxes in the structure of budget revenues. An analysis of business models of participant banking groups allows one to further understand the organization of banking business and the risks associated that a financial institution encounters, during its financial transactions/ activities. The study has showed that certain banking groups are implementing similar business models and risk concentration areas, the understanding of which allows the regulator to increase the efficiency of supervision on a consolidated basis and ensure the stability of the financial/banking system.Based on the clustering method, four types of business models of the banking groups in Ukraine are identified: universal, corporate, corporate with retail financing, retail.
