Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations at the end of the billing cycle. New purchases have a 14-day full-refund window — email team@kahubi.com.
Do you offer plans for labs or universities?
The Max plan covers most labs. For department- or university-wide licensing, trials for your whole email domain, or invoicing, contact us — we do this regularly for Avidnote and can set it up for Kahubi too.
