Abstract: Image captioning is a brand-new study area in the science of computer vision. The primary goal of picture captioning is to create a natural language description for the input image. In recent years, research on natural language processing and computer vision has become increasingly interested in the problem of automatically synthesising descriptive phrases for photos. Image captioning is a crucial task that demands both the ability to create precise and accurate description phrases as well as a semantic understanding of the images. Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) is used to precisely organise data using the available keywords to form meaningful sentences. The authors of this research propose a hybrid system based on multilayer Convolutional Neural Networks to create a lexicon for characterising the visuals. The convolutional neural network employs trained captions to deliver an accurate description after comparing the target image to a sizable dataset of training images. We demonstrate the effectiveness of our suggested methodology using the Flickr 8K datasets.

Abstract: Most educational institutions administrators are concerned about student irregular attendance. Truancies can affect student overall academic performance. The conventional method of taking attendance by calling names or signing on paper is very time consuming and insecure, hence inefficient. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) based attendance system is one of the solutions to address this problem. This system can be used to take attendance for student in school, college, and university. It also can be used to take attendance for workers in working places. Its ability to uniquely identify each person based on their RFID tag type of ID card make the process of taking the attendance easier, faster and secure as compared to conventional method. Students or workers only need to place their ID card on the reader and their attendance will be taken immediately. With real time clock capability of the system, attendance taken will be more accurate since the time for the attendance taken will be recorded. The system can be connected to the computer through RS232 or Universal Serial…

Abstract: Alzheimer’s disease is the most common form of dementia affecting the brain’s parts. A broad term used to describe illnesses and conditions that causes a deterioration in memory, language, and other cognitive abilities severe enough to interface with daily life is “dementia”. According to estimates, this disease affects 6.2 million Americans and 5 million people in India aged 65and older. In 2019, the most recent year for which data are available, official death certificates reported 121,499 deaths from AD, making Alzheimer’s the “sixth leading cause of death in the country and the fifth leading cause of death for people 65 and older”. In this paper, we suggest several machine Learning algorithms like Decision trees, SVM, Logistic regression, and Naive Bayes identify AD at an early stage. The Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) and the Open Access Series of Imaging Investigations (OASIS) provide data sets white used to detect the disease in its early stage. Abstract: Machine learning enables computers to act and make data driven decisions rather than being explicitly programmed to carry out a certain task. It is a tool and technology which can answer the question from your data. These programs are designed to learn and improve over time when exposed to new data. ML is a subset or a current application of AI. It is based on an idea that we should be able to give machines access to data and let them learn from themselves. ML deals with extraction of patterns from dataset, this means that machines can not only find the rules for optimal behavior but also can adapt to the changes in the world. Many of the algorithms involved have been known for decades. In this paper various algorithms of machine learning have been discussed. Machine learning algorithms are used for various purposes but we can say that once the machine learning algorithm studies how to manage data, it can do its work accordingly by itself. Abstract: The hearing and speech disabled people have a communication problem with other people. It is hard for such individuals to express themselves since everyone is not familiar with the sign language. The aim of this paper is to design a system which is helpful for the people with hearing / speech disabilities and convert a voice in Indian sign language (ISL). The task of learning a sign language can be cumbersome for people so this paper proposes a solution to this problem using speech recognition and image processing. The Sign languages have developed a means of easy communication primarily for the deaf and hard of hearing people. In this work we propose a real time system that recognizes the voice input through Pyaudio, SPHINX and Google speech recognition API and converts it into text, followed by sign language output of text which is displayed on the screen of the machine in the form of series of images or motioned video by the help of various python libraries.

Abstract: Currently, the Internet is playing a vital role in educating students to boost industrial production. Various network components are employed to give a wide range of options and reliability for internet services. As the Internet continues to develop and expand, network security has become an issue. Many attempts to secure transmission at the application, transport, or network layers have failed because the data connection layer has not been appropriately managed. The DHCP and ARP protocols are critical to the network's ability to function correctly. They were not designed with security precautions in mind. So, they are susceptible to a variety of assaults, including the rogue DHCPS, DHCPS hunger, DHCP hijacking, host impersonation, man in the middle, and DDoS. Here, we are going to examine how Kali Linux handles the aforementioned threats. DHCP hunger and host impersonation attacks could not be prevented by the current ARP and DHCP security measures. LAN assaults may be prevented and mitigated by using a novel method to protect ARP and DHCP. ARP and DHCP communications are…

Abstract: Skin cancer, one of the most common cancer types, has increased in prevalence during the past several decades. In order to properly care for patients, it is essential to appropriately identify skin lesions in order to differentiate between benign and malignant lesions. Although there are several computational methods for categorising skin lesions, convolutional neural networks (CNNs) have been shown to perform better than conventional techniques. In this study, we propose a hybrid CNN model for classification of skin cancers using dermoscopic images. To create a hybrid model for classifying skin cancers, we combine a pre-trained AlexNet CNN model with an optimised pre-trained DenseNet-121 CNN model. In this study, we put the suggested hybrid CNN model to the test using dermoscopic images from ISIC 2016–17. When evaluated on the ISIC Dataset, the suggested technique achieves extremely excellent classification performance, with an accuracy of 0.9065.

Abstract: Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) for photovoltaic system has been developed to maximize the produced energy. The output power of a photovoltaic (PV) module depends on the solar irradiance and the operating temperature, therefore it is necessary to implement the maximum power point tracking controller to obtain the maximum power of a PV system regardless of variations in climatic conditions. The output characteristic of a photovoltaic array is nonlinear and changes with solar irradiation and the cell’s temperature. Therefore, a Maximum Power Point Tracking technique is needed to draw peak power from the solar array to maximize the produced energy. In this work, the PV system is designed and simulated using MATLAB consisting of a solar panel array, MPPT controller, boost converter, voltage source convertor, a resistive load and grid. This thesis proposed the design and modeling of a fuzzy controller for tracking the maximum power point of a PV system. The performances of the solar PVs are analyzed with two cases, one with without MPPT controller and other is with the…
