So to reduce the emission, various types of concrete are developed using waste products from industries and agricultural use like blast furnace slag, silica fume, fly ash which requires low amount of energy and also cause least harm to the environment. Green concrete is a new technology developed now days to reduce the effect on environment by production of cement. Cement contains high amount of carbon-di-oxide which harms the environment drastically, so by replacing the cement by various materials which causes harm to the environment we not only reduce the problem of disposal of these materials but we reduce the emission of carbon-di-oxide from cement and as a result of which we reduces the negative effect on environment.

This paper aims to evaluate the production of biodiesel from Waste Cooking Oil (WCO) using the Pyrolysis process with catalysts. The test rig used in the present study is designed and built in the lab specifically for this purpose. To investigate the effect of adding different types of catalysts with different concentrations on the quantity of hydrolyzed biodiesel. Noah and KOH catalysts with concentration of 0.5%, 1%, 3% and 10% by weight are used. Moreover, the effect of catalyst type on the energy consumption during the pyrolysis process is considered. The experimental results showed that the biodiesel produced by pyrolysis process form the Waste Cooking Oil has significant potential as an alternative source of biodiesel fuel. The addition of Noah catalyst with 1% concentration by weight provided the highest amount of hydrolyzed biodiesel and lowest energy consumption compared to adding KOH catalyst and without catalyst. Additionally, the experiments showed that the amount of biodiesel produced from the pyrolysis process is inversely proportional to the catalyst concentration.

In this paper, we propose a two-factor data security protection mechanism with factor revocability for cloud storage system. Our system allows a sender to send an encrypted message to a receiver through a cloud storage server. The sender only needs to know the identity of the receiver but no other information (such as its public key or its certificate). The receiver needs to possess two things in order to decrypt the ciphertext. The first thing is his/her secret key stored in the computer. The second thing is a unique personal security device which connects to the computer. It is impossible to decrypt the ciphertext without either piece.More importantly, once the security device is stolen or lost, this device is revoked. It cannot be used to decrypt any ciphertext. This can be done by the cloud server which will immediately execute some algorithms to change the existing ciphertext to be un-decryptable by this device. This process is completely transparent to the sender.Furthermore, the cloud server cannot decrypt any ciphertext at any time. The security and efficiency analysis show that our…

Images captured beneath water are usually degraded due to the effects of absorption and scattering. Underwater imaging is very important in present technology for detecting object like fishes, algae, minor particles etc. Light scattering and color change are two dominant sources of distortion for underwater imaging that lowers the visibility and contrast of the images captured, affects ambient underwater environments dominated by a bluish tone. Hence, the presented system demonstrates a novel approach to enhance underwater images by distance factor estimation along with a dehazing algorithm. The noise particles are removed before dehazing by implementing distance factor based on intensities of different color channels with gamma correction improving the brightness of dimmed images. The dark channel prior removes haze and noise effect, providing better visual quality with adaptive exposure map estimation for adjusting too dark and too bright regions of underwater image. At the final stage, the motion blur and water transparency effect is removed using high frequency emphasizing…

Brain tumor is an uncommon and uncontrolled growth of cell in brain. In medical image processing one of the most challenging tasks is study of Brain tumor. Recently, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is the most widely used imaging modality for identifying brain tumor and other discrepancies. From these MRI images, we are able to determine the detailed anatomical information to examine the development of the human brain and to diagnose the various diseases. The tumor detection becomes most complicated for the huge image database. So a software approach is required to help the accurate and faster clinical diagnosis. The proposed system identifies and segments the tumor portions of the image successfully using MATLAB. The aim is to introduce an algorithm employed for performing useful operations on the MRI images such as filtering, pre-processing, morphological operation, K-means clustering, feature Extraction, Decision making system, SVM Classifier & Naïve Bayes. This work helps to save the time of both pathologist and doctor. The experimental results show that the proposed method…

It greatly attracts attention and interest from both academia and industry due to the profitability, but it also have challenges that must be handled before coming to our real life to the best of our knowledge. Data confidentiality should be guaranteed. The data privacy is not only about the data contents. Since the most attractive part of the cloud computing is the computation outsourcing, it is far beyond enough to just conduct an access control. Secondly, personal information (defined by each user's attributes set) is at risk because one's identity is authenticated based on his information for the purpose of access control (or privilege control in this paper). As people are becoming more concerned about their identity privacy these days, the identity privacy also needs to be protected before the cloud enters our life. Preferably, any authority or server alone should not know any client's personal information. Last but not least, the cloud computing system should be resilient in the case of security breach in which some part of the system is compromised by attackers.
