About this source
Dedicated server for the US clinical-trials registry: full-text and field search with status, phase and location filters, complete study records by NCT ID, posted outcome measures and adverse events for completed studies, field-value discovery and patient-to-trial eligibility matching. Every record links back to its NCT number. EU trials registered only in CTIS are not covered.
