The Open Targets consortium’s official MCP service. Search genes, diseases and drugs, then query the Platform’s GraphQL API for association scores, supporting evidence (genetics, expression, literature, pathways, animal models), tractability, safety liabilities and known drugs. Best for target identification and prioritisation; the agent reads the schema before querying.
